BBA PHILOSOPHY

Bachelor of Business Administration Program in Entrepreneurship and Business Sustainability (International Program) Since its inception in 2002, our program has consistently aligned with the university’s educational philosophy. To stay ahead of societal transformations and modern trends, the 2027 curriculum introduces an updated name for our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program. Transitioning from "Management and Entrepreneurship," we are proud to present the Entrepreneurship and Business Sustainability (International Program).

The BBA in Entrepreneurship and Business Sustainability is deeply rooted in the university's philosophy of Progressivism. We are dedicated to developing well-rounded learners who are fully equipped to thrive in society and adapt seamlessly to a rapidly changing world. By employing a student-centered approach, we tailor the educational experience to our students' needs. Through self-directed research, problem-solving, and hands-on practice both inside and outside the classroom, we foster sustainable, lifelong learning driven by Outcome-Based Education (OBE).

Our curriculum emphasizes Active Learning through diverse methodologies, particularly Problem-Based Learning, Project-Based Learning, and Service Learning. Delivered entirely in English, the program focuses on business management, entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability—vital topics that are currently at the forefront of both national and global trends.

At our core, our philosophy is to cultivate "Value-Driven and Sustainable Entrepreneurs on a Global Scale." We strongly believe in Experiential Learning—moving beyond traditional textbook theories to tackle real-world industry challenges.

Furthermore, we are committed to shaping "World-Changing Leaders." Our goal is to incubate visionary executives with an entrepreneurial spirit that looks beyond mere Profit, deeply caring for the Planet, People, and Society. By embracing this Triple Bottom Line concept, we empower our graduates to build sustainable wealth on the international stage.
